Brain Injury Case Management

Overview

The Brain Injury (BI) Program is a Medicaid waiver program through the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) Office of Rehabilitative Services (ORS). It was established to provide individuals with home service assistance in order for them to remain in the community and out of institutions such as nursing homes.
