ICG Home Health Care Services provides quality, in-home and telehealth skilled nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and medical social services for both pediatrics and adults.

Our experienced health care professionals provide the client and/or family with instruction, education, and training according to their doctor’s orders.

ICG Home Health Care is accredited through The Joint Commission, is Medicare and Medicaid certified, and accepts most insurance plans.

Skilled Nursing

ICG uses only licensed Registered Nurses to lead the care of in-home patients. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing care needs and for coordinating all services on an ongoing basis.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists use everyday activities (occupations) to improve patients’ health and to give patients increased control. Common occupational therapy interventions include helping disabled children participate fully in school and social situations, helping injured people regain skills, and providing support for older adults experiencing physical and cognitive changes.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy, also known as functional rehabilitation, helps people improve or maintain the ability to perform daily activities. Physical therapy builds strength, flexibility, and endurance, and also promotes proper biomechanics (e.g., posture) for spine stability and injury prevention.

Speech Therapy

Speech therapy evaluates, diagnoses, and treats speech and communication disorders. It also addresses swallowing and eating disorders.

Medical Social Work

Social work services assist patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

Services are furnished by a licensed clinical social worker or by a qualified social work assistant under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker.

Durable Medical Equipment

Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is any medical equipment used to improve quality of life. DME can strengthen patients, improve function, or overcome a disorder or impairment.

Our Clients Absolutely Adore Us

My mon needed help post hospitalization, we were referred by her insurance to ICG Home Health Care Services. Very timely help and excellent nurse have been provided to us. We also had physical therapist Peter who was very professional. They are a great organization.

Brain Katz

I received home care physical therapy via ICG Home Health Care. The service was excellent. Initially I was anxious at the thought of someone trying to get me to do exercises that might aggravate my injury and cause me more pain. But Susan understood my limitations and the best way to get my leg moving again. I was very pleased with the care I received and more important my progress. I was able to go back to work.

Williams Willer

I was a patient of ICG home health for 8 weeks following my knee surgery. Nurse Alex and physical therapist Susan did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and always friendly.
